HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Orders placed from November 15th through December 25th maybe returned until January 15th.
Shipping
We know you want to get your items quickly, so here's shipping 101. All U.S. orders over $75 ship for FREE! We ship via USPS unless you upgrade to priority shipping. Processing time to pack and ship your order is TWO business days, but we try and get things out quicker when we can :)
We will make every effort to get your stuff out as fast as we can but please also bear in mind we are a small company. We are located just outside Boston and ship everything ourselves.
Here's how long shipping should take:

USPS standard / 5-7 business days
UPS Ground* / 3-5 business days
UPS Second Day Air / 2 business days

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your stuff, but we understand that some things just don't work out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and damage free. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return and/or refund to be received and processed.
Exchanges
All of our styles are made in small batch limited edition runs, so we cannot offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the inventory. We recommend you make a return and place a new order for the item you want, to ensure you are able to secure the size and style you would like.
How to make a return:
We will provide a prepaid shipping label that will be deducted from your refund. If you choose not to use our label and ship it yourself please be sure to use a trackable method. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
