Not the company’s fault it hasn’t arrived. Somehow my beautiful mountain pillows went on a little vacation to Puerto Rico first … USPS:( Disappointed but I’ll get over it. I wrote the company an email and heard back right away when it was taking so long and the arrival date had passed. BUT at that juncture I then saw Carolina in the tracking and thought “oh now getting closer” and declined them sending another order or a refund only to find out they were in Carolina PR - which means Puerto Rico! I wrote again but haven’t heard back from them again. I tried a phone # but it kept telling me to press zero and then hung up. Maybe I’ll hear from them now as this “review us” email was sent. Ok wish me luck 🍀
